Sandeep R Arora (Chairman and Managing Director)
 
• Mr. Sandeep R Arora alias Karan Arora is a London based entrepreneur and founder of High Ground Enterprises Ltd. Residing primarily in India now from last 5 years, Arora has successfully lead the company which is illustrated by increasing shareholder value

• Mr. Arora has a keen business acumen which spreads across several industries including M&E & EPC domains on domestic and global platforms.

• With the commencement in UK market in 2004, he set up a full-fledged post-production and technical media service facility in London.

• Simultaneously he played an active role and pioneered in developing the hitherto unorganized niche film consultancy (structuring co-productions & leveraging on global film production incentives/rebates) vertical exploring and optimising incentives in UK, USA, Fiji, Georgia,Australia and now Malayasia.

• Mr. Arora, is also recognized by his peers and the industry and has won several accolades including the prestigious nomination in ‘Lloyds TSB Jewel Award’ (Entrepreneur category), for the year 2008 which recognized Corporate, Commercial and Professional Excellences and is endorsed by the Prime Minister of U.K, Gordon Brown.
 
Chintan A Kapadia (Executive Director)
 
• A graduate from NarseeMonjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai and qualified Chartered Accountant ChintanKapadia is a Whole Time Director & CFO and COO of the M&E division of the company.

• During the past 6 years, Chintan has worked in U.K and India as Global Tax Consultant with various Hollywood and Bollywood producers and has developed an excellent relation with both top film making executive and tax professionals.

• Chintan is the Director on HGEL board and has played a significant role in developing and structuring Fiji Island’s Film incentive scheme suitable for Bollywood Producers and is well versed with Global Film Production Incentives.

• Chintan has been a consultant to various Hollywood and Bollywood projects in U.K. He has also provided strategic advise from budgeting, processing application, liaising to successfully claiming the incentives/tax credits from relevant authorities of U.K. Fiji, Georgia & Australia.

• Chintan headed HGEL’s first production in Fiji and successfully achieved the Fiji Island’s most lucrative film production rebate of 47% and HGEL and has the distinction of becoming the first ever Bollywood production house to do so.

 
Manish Mehrotra (CEO-EPCM Div)
 
• A six years veteran of the Service Corps of Indian Army, Capt. Manish Mehrotraa is a BTech from IIT KANPUR and a fellow of Institution of Valuers and a member of Institute of Engineers, India.

• With an extensive track record of over 16 years including the 7 year stint with IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation), in downstream of petroleum marketing, construction management of large scale infrastructure projects in various managerial capacities.

• Capt. Mehrotraa has signal handedly created a new vertical for the company focusing on project execution, technical consulting and third party certification.

• He leads the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) division of the company assisted by a team of qualified and experienced personnel to plan and execute the infrastructure projects in the field of petroleum, telecom and other infrastructure related activities.
 
Santosh Mishra (GM – EPCM Div)
 
  • • A MBA in HR and Project Manager from NIMS, Masters in Arts and MCA from IGNOU, Mr. Santosh Mishra is General Manager with High Ground Enterprise Ltd., stationed at Noida office (EPCM Div)

    • • He has also achieved certifications in ITSM , ITIL foundation Layer Ver 3, CCNA, Certificate In Computing (CIC) from Indira Gandhi National Open University and Diploma In Computer Programming and Management from HiltronCalc  
    • Mr. Santosh Mishra has fifteen plus years of service delivery, integration and implementation background and has successful lead projects with Fortune 500 IT infrastructure and Telecom companies as Aircel, IBM-Vodafone, Wipro, MTS & Reliance Communication

    • He has thorough knowledge and hands-on experience of delivering Package (e.g. SAP, Oracle) based IT Consulting services leveraging best-in-class IT governance across specific industries.10 years of experience in relevant industry Enterprise Apps packages in proven subject. Proven track record of contributing towards developing thought capital through creation of executive presentations, point-of-views, and white papers.
